Maintenance and Care

  • All our panels are self cleaning however for most efficiency results we recommend cleaning solar panels once or twice a year.
  • Installing the inverter and battery indoors, in a cool and dry location will prevent any unwanted overheating issues and moisture damage and increase its lifespan.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

  • Delivery can be arranged as quickly as within 24 hours from placing your order.
  • All deliveries are kerbside.

Returns:

  • We’re confident that you’ll be more than delighted with our product, but in the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied, we will happily accept a return.
  • You will have 30 days from the day your product arrives to return it and must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • All returns delivery costs are at the buyers own expense.

Warranty

  • 15 years warranty on solar panels
  • 10 years warranty on batteries and inverters
  • Warranty is only valid for manufacturing defects and do not cover any natural disasters or water damage.
  • We will void any warranty if the product is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or subjected to physical damage due to mishandling.
